Four addresses, and what each one is for. We read everything, and we answer as fast as a small team can — usually within a few days.
This is the one we most want to hear about. Email corrections@ozipedia.com with the ZIP code, the section, and what you believe is incorrect. If you can point at a source, even better. You can also use the form on the corrections page, which puts it straight into the queue we work from.
Please note that most figures on Ozipedia are reported directly from federal datasets. If the ACS says a ZIP has a median age of 43.9, that is what we will publish, even where local knowledge suggests otherwise — but tell us anyway, because a mismatch between the data and the ground is often a sign we have mapped a boundary wrong, and that is very much our error to fix.
data@ozipedia.com. How a score is calculated, which vintage of a dataset a page uses, why a section is missing — all fair questions, and the answers are usually short. Much of it is already written down on the methodology page.
press@ozipedia.com. Happy to explain methodology, provide underlying figures, or talk about coverage.
hello@ozipedia.com for bulk data access, commercial reuse, or anything involving the corpus rather than a single page.
Ozipedia is published by OurZip, which also runs ourzip.com — a different service, with its own support. If your question is about a live OurZip account, billing, or a business listing, that is the place to ask. See About for how the two relate.
